1. Agreement to Terms

By checking the "I Agree" box and creating an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use AllVeil.

2. What AllVeil Is

AllVeil is a technology platform that connects wedding vendors with couples planning weddings. We provide the platform — vendors provide the services. AllVeil does not employ vendors, provide wedding services, or participate in transactions between vendors and couples.

3. Couples / Brides Using AllVeil

3.1 Platform Use Only

AllVeil is a discovery and connection platform for wedding vendors. We do not provide wedding services, coordinate events, process payments, or manage bookings. Any agreement you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor.

3.2 No Vendor Endorsement or Guarantee

AllVeil does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any vendor listed on the platform. Vendors are responsible for representing their services accurately. You are encouraged to conduct your own research, request references, review contracts carefully, and confirm licensing, insurance, and availability before booking.

3.3 Payments and Contracts

All payments, contracts, deposits, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled directly between you and the vendor. AllVeil is not a party to these transactions and has no responsibility for payment issues, cancellations, no-shows, or service outcomes. AllVeil is not a party to any contract between you and any Vendor. AllVeil is not a beneficiary of any contract between you and any Vendor.

3.4 Vendor Performance

AllVeil is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of vendor services, including but not limited to late arrivals, cancellations, dissatisfaction with services, personal injury, or property damage.

3.5 Assumption of Risk

By using AllVeil, you acknowledge that hiring wedding vendors involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks related to your interactions with vendors found through the platform.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllVeil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services provided by vendors. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

3.7 Disputes with Vendors

Any dispute you have with a vendor must be resolved directly with that vendor. AllVeil has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in disputes between couples and vendors.

3.8 Account Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not post false reviews, harass vendors, misuse vendor information, or attempt to circumvent platform protections.

4. Vendor Subscriptions

4.1 Monthly Fee

Vendors pay $7.99 per month to list their business on AllVeil. You can cancel anytime.

4.2 No Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If the platform is down for 5+ consecutive days or 10+ days in any month (due to our fault, not internet outages or cyber attacks), you'll get a credit for the downtime.

4.3 No Guarantees

We don't guarantee you'll get any leads, bookings, or revenue. Your results depend on your services, pricing, location, competition, and many other factors we can't control.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a vendor, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining required licenses, permits, and insurance
• Providing accurate information about your services and pricing
• Performing services for couples who book you
• Handling all payments, refunds, and disputes with couples
• Paying your taxes
• Not posting false, misleading, or illegal content

6. What We're Not Responsible For

AllVeil is not responsible for:

• Whether vendors are licensed, insured, or qualified
• Quality, safety, or legality of vendor services
• Disputes between vendors and couples
• Vendor no-shows, cancellations, or poor performance
• Personal injury or property damage caused by vendors
• Lost profits, lost business, or other indirect damages

Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100 if you haven't paid anything).

7. Vendor Indemnification

You agree to defend and reimburse AllVeil if someone sues us because of:

• Services you provided to couples
• Your violation of these Terms or any law
• Personal injury or property damage you caused
• False information you posted

8. Your Content

You keep ownership of photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. But by uploading it, you give AllVeil permission to display it on the platform and use it in our marketing materials.

You promise you own the content and have permission from anyone shown in photos.

9. Account Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Post false or misleading information
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Harm other users or our platform

Termination doesn't entitle you to a refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and AllVeil will be resolved by mediation in Maury County, Tennessee prior to either party pursuing legal action. Each party pays its own fees; mediation fees are split equally. If mediation is not successful, jurisdiction and venue shall be in Maury County, Tennessee.

You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

Either party can seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post changes on the platform and notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept them.

12. General

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
